Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
